Responsibility:1:Implement and improve the quality management system, quality KPI data collection, statistics2:Responsible for the distribution of controlled documents, regularly review and update management.3:Responsible for following up the implementation of internal quality control plans each month and monitor completion status.4:Responsible for the reported error rate statistics and analysis, feedback the abnormal situation and provide reasonable suggestions for improvement5:Coordination and follow-up of laboratory equipment for the school, during verification engineer/verification, repair and maintenance activities, equipment and implementation of records management;6:Complete internal and external proficiency/inter-laboratory program independently than the testing arrangements, sample distribution, data collection and analysis of statistics and related records and archive management-related records.7:external review of the Organization of the preparatory process.8:carry out appropriate quality management activities, such as employee training, follow-up and verification of nonconforming work, supervision, quality control, etc.9:Assist laboratory managers for subcontracting laboratory and qualified supplier assessment, summarized the relevant list.10:Assist lab to schedule procurement of equipment, standard products, consumables etc.11:Other tasks arranged by Supervisor.
其他要求Qualification:1: Has 5 years of experience in food testing.2: Has mid-level engineer title.3: Familiar with a variety of food-related standards. (Includes QS approved rules, laws and regulations, product standards and testing methods)4: Familiar with using of large instruments. (Including LCMSMS\GCMS\HPLC\GC\AAS\ICPMS\AFS)5: Has food quality control of laboratory experience. And has ISO17025, CNAS and CMAF laboratory accreditation or accreditation experience.6: Has ability to communicate with enterprise & government.
