JD职位描述： 1. New OEM project QA system set up, follow and monitoring 新项目的质量体系的建立: 1-1 participate FMEA for new product or project, set up control plan 参与FMEA的分析,并根据FMEA和样机的生产制定出控制计划 1-2 set up new component inspection instruction 建立新部件的检查规范 1-3 set up new product & new project check list for process control according to control plan.根据控制计划和样机制作的参与, 建立新产品和新项目的的过程检查单 1-4 full inspection for new prototype and new component 新部件和样机的全尺寸检验 1-5 process audit (workstation qualification) for new product & new project. (Included internal & 2nd audit) 新产品/新项目的过程审核 (工位评审) 1-6 launch stage review with project manager and PPAP document prepare for customer 跟项目经理组织节点评审和PPAP 文件的准备确认 1-7 action follows up during project stage 新项目阶段需要改善的问题的跟踪解决 2. DTO project quality management DTO 项目的质量管理 2-1 Follow the produce process of DTO and identify the quality problem and feedback to related department and follow to solve 跟踪DTO 产品的生产过程，识别风险并把风险反馈给相关的人员并推动改进 2-2 Weekly meeting with the related department and review the quality problem to find the solution 跟相关人员对每周存在的问题进行分析改进 3. Other jobs to support manager 其他支持经理的工作

1. Mechanism or Electrical or Quality Management Major, Bachelor degree or above. 机械/电气/质量管理专业，本科以上学历。 2. At least 3 year's quality management or technical job. Familiar with quality management tool (SPC, MSA, QC 7 tooling,) 至少3年的质量管理或技术工作经验. 熟悉质量管理的工具（SPC，MSA QC 7工具） 3. Experience in mechanism industry, automobile or motor industry is perfect. Qualified internal quality auditor is perfect 有在机械行业工作过， 在汽车行业或者电机行业工作过更好, 内审员资格更好 4. Good at oral and writing English良好的英语听说能力 5. Good communication and have active altitude and ability to push problem solve.好的沟通能力和积极的推动问题解决的态度和能力
